Pricing Tournament – Tournament green fees are the current rate of the golf course ($18wk/$19wkd). Golf cars are available and may be included in tournament costs or done independently among tournament players($14). The tee will be held for tournament players for 9-holes only, unless permitted by a course official. A $100 deposit is required to reserve tee time as well is a minimal of 24 players. If less than 24players attend tournament, tournament will still be charged for 24 green fees ($432/$456). Tournament Director agrees to pay balance of tournament fee day of tournament. A final count of dinners and green fees will be called in one week prior to tournament and again day of tournament. Payment must be made in cash or check, no credit cards please.
Shotgun Tournaments – Shotgun tournaments must be held first thing in the morning (8am) and will be limited to 9-holes of golf. A minimal of 72 players with golf cars is required to reserve course. If less than 72 players show the day of the tournament, the tournament will still be charged for 72 players with golf car ($1800). Golfers are not allowed on course prior to tournament start and must return to clubhouse immediately after completion of 9-holes.
Rules – All existing rules at Jamestown Golf Course apply on the day of the tournament. No glass, coolers or beer wagons permitted. No B.O.Y.B; all alcoholic beverages must be purchased on premises.Tournaments are responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the golf course or golf course property during the time period of the tournament.
If golf course is closed day of tournament, a full refund will be given or tournament date will be rescheduled.
